Returns/Refunds
Given the bespoke nature of our custom decorated cookies, we regret to inform customers that we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns under any circumstances.
Cancellation
Should the need arise to cancel an order, we require notification within 48 hours of order submission to qualify for a full refund.
Pickup of Your Order
All orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup date, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon prior to the pickup date. Failure to adhere to this guideline may result in the products being made available for resale.
Shipping
Brownies and Balloons exclusively offers pickup services for all orders as we do not currently offer shipping of any of our baked goods.
